Returns & Exchanges Policy
Personalized Items
Because all of our items are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we create your item exactly as submitted.
Non-Personalized Items (if applicable)
If you purchased a non-personalized item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by our work and want you to love your order.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong personalization or item)
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom items
- Sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on personalized items.
